About the Event
The Brighton Jetty Classic Sculptures Exhibition has been running for 8 years, and continues to grow as a significant Community Arts event. The Sculptures Exhibition is the only annual event of its kind in metropolitan Adelaide.

Members of the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club were inspired to create the event after experiencing sculptures event at Cottesloe Beach WA, which was modelled on famous Bondi Sculptures by the Sea.

The Sculptures Exhibition runs for 10 days, the final day coinciding with the 7 Brighton Jetty Classic Swim.

Our vision is to combine Sculpture, Sport and Lifesaving, and the intrinsic link with the sea and seaside to provide a unique community event. This also provides an important fundraising contribution to the Surf Lifesaving club, and the event is
100% voluntarily managed.
*A commission of 30% from the sale of each sculpture will be retained by the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club.  It is anticipated that submitting artists will be mindful of this when setting a price for their sculpture.

Outdoor sculptures - along the Esplanade, north from Jetty Road Brighton to Dunluce Street, and south to the Brighton Surf Life Saving Clubrooms.
