The Sculptures Exhibition is the only annual event of its kind in metropolitan Adelaide. Members of the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club were inspired to create the event after experiencing sculptures event at Cottesloe Beach WA, which was modelled on famous Bondi Sculptures by the Sea. The Sculptures Exhibition runs for 10 days, the final day coinciding with the 7 Brighton Jetty Classic Swim. Our vision is to combine Sculpture, Sport and Lifesaving, and the intrinsic link with the sea and seaside to provide a unique community event. This also provides an important fundraising contribution to the Surf Lifesaving club, and the event is 100% voluntarily managed.
